Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for multiple property entities
• Manage general ledger reconciliations, journals, and accruals
• Ensure timely and accurate billing, rental income recognition, and recoveries
• Monitor cash flow, forecast budgets, and manage financial controls
• Oversee compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory reporting
• Liaise with Auditors, Property Managers, and external stakeholders
• Maintain the fixed asset registers and support asset valuations
• Assist with financial modelling and performance analysis for new developments or acquisitions
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements (e.g. ERP or property management systems)
• BCom Accounting
• MDA
• SAIPA articles
• 11 years relevant Property experience
