Job Description
Prism Placements is looking for a Property Finance Manager for this entrepreneur to ensure the implementation and maintenance of efficient and effective financial systems and processes in their property office in Midrand.
Experience & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance a MUST
- CIMA completed or in progress advantageous
- Min 4-5yrs accounting experience within the property industry a MUST
- Experience dealing with operational property transactions and municipal utility accounting
- MDA or MRI experience a MUST
- Excellent Afrikaans and English communications skills essential
- Up to R600K C.T.C. per annum
