Duties:
- Manage finance operations including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure cash flow management and financial controls
- Maintain compliance and oversee audits
- Provide strategic financial analysis and advice
- Collaborate with business units to drive profitability
- Improve finance processes and systems
- Support capital expenditure and investment evaluations
- CA(SA)
- 7 to 8 years post-articles experience
- 4 years property experience
