Join a leading business in the milling and food production sector where innovation, efficiency, and quality are key drivers. This role offers the opportunity to lead the finance team, manage reporting functions, and partner with operations to enhance profitability. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, cost control, and supporting long-term business sustainability.
You'll report to senior leadership and be involved in budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, cash flow management, audit preparation, and driving financial controls. A strong understanding of manufacturing operations and product costing will be advantageous in this role.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- SAICA/SAIPA Articles or CIMA preferred advantageous
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a financial management role within manufacturing or agriculture
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead and mentor a finance team
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Syspro, SAP, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards, cost accounting, and compliance
