A reputable and growing player in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Financial Manager to lead their finance team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your role will also involve business partnering with operations and senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in a financial management role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong cost accounting and operational finance experience
- Proven track record in budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership
- Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
- BCom Accounting degree or equivalent (CA(SA) preferred but not essential)
