Financial Reporting & Compliance
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Coordinate and manage external audits and internal control reviews.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Management
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across divisions (e.g., seed production, logistics, infrastructure).
Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency in operational processes, especially in production and logistics environments.
Strategic Financial Planning
Provide financial insights to support investment decisions, expansion projects, and cross-border operations.
Partner with business unit leaders to evaluate the financial viability of new ventures, including product lines, regional growth, or infrastructure development.
Contribute to long-term financial models to guide strategic planning and capital allocation. This role reports to the Head of Finance
