Job Description
A growing player in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of the full finance function. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to contribute positively in a production-focused environment and wants to make a tangible impact on financial performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance team and oversee daily accounting operations
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Analyse cost structures and identify efficiency opportunities across operations
- BCom Accounting/Financial Management with 57 years' experience in finance
- Proven leadership in managing teams and implementing financial controls
- Strong command of financial systems and reporting tools
- Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
