Job Description
A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Manager who is both analytical and strategic, with a hands-on approach to managing a dynamic finance team. This is a pivotal role supporting operational efficiency, financial performance, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full finance function including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Partner with operational leadership to drive cost controls and performance improvements
- Manage the finance team, ensuring high standards of accuracy and accountability
- Oversee audits, tax submissions, and ensure full compliance with local financial regulations
- BCom with articles
- Minimum 5 years experience in a financial leadership role within manufacturing
- Proven track record in cost accounting, process improvement, and strategic finance
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel
