Job Description


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in the BuildSmart system is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Bachelor of Commerce Honors degree or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgeting processes to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee human resources functions within the finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and refine financial management systems and procedures.
  • Lead review and reconciliation processes to maintain accuracy.
  • Coordinate audit processes and address findings efficiently.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team and site administrators.
