Job Summary Our client, a leading organisation in the sector, is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving both operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
? Cash Flow, Funding & Capital Management
- Oversee liquidity and working capital, ensuring effective funding structures are in place.
- Implement strategies to optimise capital allocation and long-term sustainability.
- Actively engage with operations to drive profitability, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
- Provide financial insights to support executive decisions and growth initiatives.
- Lead the full finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Deliver timely management reports and financial statements that drive business performance.
- Safeguard the organisation through robust internal controls and governance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across the business.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned to business goals.
- Drive execution of key projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
- CA(SA) - Essential
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience in Manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of stock, supply chain, and costing principles.
- Resilient, confident, and a strong personality capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel as required across operations.
