- Treasury & Cash Flow Management xe2x80x93 Oversee liquidity, banking, and funding strategies
- Credit Management xe2x80x93 Supervise credit policies and risk control
- Statutory Compliance xe2x80x93 Ensure all local and international financial regulations are met
- US GAAP Reporting xe2x80x93 Prepare accurate, timely financial reports to group standards
- Internal Controls (SOX) xe2x80x93 Maintain and enhance internal financial controls
- Payroll Oversight xe2x80x93 Supervise accurate, compliant payroll processing
- Lead and mentor a team of 9 skilled finance professionalsThe Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent
- 6+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar finance leadership role, preferably within mining or heavy industry
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and statutory reporting
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize under pressure
- Humble, self-starting, and ready to get their hands dirty
