Finance Manager - Estcourt
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Finance Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full accounting function of the company
• Oversee the financial and administrative management of the organisation
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Coordinate audits (External)
• Oversee preparation of monthly management accounts
• Responsible for assets, procurement, commercial contracts, debtors and insurance management
• Manage payroll, time and attendance
• Responsible for VAT compliance and all statutory regulatory reporting
• Manage the HR function
• Manage timeous submission of PI grants, BBBEE, EE, WSP/ATR and related reporting
• Ensuring across the business unit, efficient utilisation of the SAGE X3 ERP system
• Cost management
• Provide support to the General Manager in terms of the day-to-day operations of the business and longer-term strategizing

Requirements

• BCom degree and postgraduate qualification or other relevant financial qualification
• CA (SA) or CIMA (Advantageous)
• MBA qualification will also be a significant advantage
• ERP system experience is a requirement, and SAGE X3 knowledge will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Financial Manager
• A minimum of 10 years overall financial-related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure
• Super-user skills in MS Office (Essential)
• Leadership skills
