Job Summary
:
Lead financial reporting, cost management, and accounting processes across several entities
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning with precision
Champion robust cost control, working capital discipline, and compliance
Manage inventory accounting and ensure seamless reconciliation between operational and finance systems
Produce accurate monthly & quarterly reports aligned to IFRS
Partner with internal teams, auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team
Drive process automation, integration, and continuous improvement
Play a key role in audit readiness and statutory compliance
Skills & Experience:
10+ years finance experience, including 3+ years in management
Proven expertise in budgets, reporting, and preparing final accounts
Strong understanding of IFRS and South African financial regulations
Experience working across multiple systems with complex reconciliations
Analytical, detail-driven, ethical, proactive, and results-focused
Someone who vales discipline, accuracy, collaboration, and accountability
A leader who can balance big-picture thinking with meticulous execution
A finance professional who loves cost accounting, thrives under pressure, and brings out the best in people
Qualification:
BCom in Finance/Accounting (Honours or equivalent experience required)
Completed articles + professional certification (SAICA/SAIPA or similar)
