Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full finance function across multiple entities
- Ensure statutory compliance and oversee external audits
- Drive accuracy in reconciliations, reporting, and financial statements
- Lead the budgeting process and prepare detailed cash flow forecasts
- Analyse performance, highlight variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain finance systems, policies, and procedures across the group
- Support tax calculations and year-end submissions
- CA(SA) accreditation is essential
- Applicants able to start in 2025 will be given preference
- Newly qualified CA(SA) - 1 year post-articles experience
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
- CaseWare and advanced MS Excel skills (MDA Property Manager an advantage)
- Ability to lead under pressure and meet deadlines
