Job Summary About the Role:
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join this reputable and mission-driven organization based in Hermanstad, Pretoria West. This is an ideal role for a newly qualified CA(SA) with 1 to 2 years of post-articles experience who is eager to step into a pivotal finance leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and sign off financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings
- Manage compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Lead the audit process and liaise with external auditors
- Provide financial insight and strategic support to senior management
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Chartered Accountant CA(SA) designation (essential)
- 1-2 years post-articles experience (preferably within manufacturing or FMCG, but not essential)
- Proficient in IFRS, financial reporting, and management accounting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Hermanstad, Pretoria West
