What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the full finance function, from reporting and audits to compliance and internal controls.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships, ensuring financial stability.
- Provide strategic insights into trends, risks, and opportunities to support growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen business processes for long-term success.
- A bachelor's degree in finance/accounting (essential).
- Completed articles with 3-5 years' financial management experience.
- A professional designation: CA(SA), CIMA, PA(SA), or CPA.
- Hands-on experience with CaseWare (essential) and ideally SAGE Intacct.
- Strong technical skills in MS Excel and financial systems.
- A strategic thinker and problem solver, with a keen eye for detail.
- A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
