Salary: R1000/R1120 000.00 per annum

As the Financial Accounting & Reporting Lead, you'll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership, driving financial excellence across the business. You'll lead the external audit process, ensure compliance with IFRS, and provide critical insights to support performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of Annual Financial Statements and statutory returns
• Manage the annual external audit process and ensure IFRS compliance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes
• Deliver accurate financial reports and commercial insights to support decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting and CA(SA) qualification (essential)
• Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role reporting to a CFO
• Minimum 5 years working with IFRS and consolidated reporting
• Minimum 3 years leading teams
• Experience in a multi-regional organisation
• Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel (including financial modelling)
• Strong experience with SAP, IBM Cognos, and Draftworx
• Deep understanding of compliance, tax planning, and transfer pricing
• Exceptional attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
