What We're Looking For:
- CA(SA) qualified or equivalent experience in finance management (qualification not essential if experience is strong)
- 5-7 years' experience in finance, ideally in Construction, Engineering, Consulting, or similar people-driven industries
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills
- Experience managing project or resource-based financial models and analysing profitability
- Excellent Excel and ERP system skills (SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar)
- Commercially minded, analytical, and able to influence stakeholders
