Job Summary Qualifications & Experience
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential).
- Professional qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, or SAIPA (preferred).
- Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years financial management experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or timeshare.
- Strong understanding of timeshare/ownership models, levy billing, and revenue management.
- Experience with audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Background in debt collection/credit control advantageous.
- Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of timeshare regulations, hospitality law, and consumer protection requirements.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
