LOCATION: Cape Town or Johannesberg.R HIGHLY NEGOTIABLE PLUS ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUSOur client is a multi-specialist investment company in 10 African countries with business partnersin North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. As one of the largest investment managers in South Africa, the company employs a wide range of professional and specialist investment and technical staff. Staff compliment countrywide is nearly 600. They have a diverse investment offering designed to deliver on their investment promise to their clients.They now seek a dynamic finance manager with subject matter expertise.JOB DESCRIPTION WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• You will be required to lead financial planning, analysis and operational execution within a high-performing environment;
• Financial planning & analysis:

• You will be required to drive budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring to ensure financial efficiency;
• Revenue & cost management:

• You will be required to analyse operational records, trends and costs to project future revenues and expenses;
• Compliance & audit:

• You will be required to oversee internal and external audits, financial statements, and regulatory submissions;
• Process & controls:

• You will be required to ensure accurate reconciliation of financial transactions and maintain compliance with policies and standards;
• Stakeholder engagement:

• You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships to support business objectives and exceptional service delivery.

CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• You are a strategic finance professional;
• You have strong problem-solving skills;
• You have the ability to drive efficiency in financial operations with great ideas and a proven track record of successful implementation of new ideas.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• You have a CA(SA) qualification - this is essential;
• You have a minimum of 3 5 years current, relevant experience in a financial role, with at minimum of 1 2 years at a junior management level;
• You have a background in finance, economics, or accounting (NQF Level 7);
• You have experience in asset management or financial services -
