- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets to support the organisation's strategic goals.
- Provide financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement financial strategies and processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of Senior Accountants to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial statements and reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational improvements.
A successful Finance Manager APAC should have:
- A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, CA or CIMA
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar role.
- Multi-country, multi-currency experience is important.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning effectively.
- Experience within the transport & distribution industry would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
