Job Description


A reputable food processing company has a position for a Finance & HR Administration Officer at their distribution depot in Johannesburg. Duties include invoicing, follow-up on outstanding orders and invoices, check cash sales recons and updates, credit queries, assistance with orders/sales, proformas, credit notes, claims, market income, stock sheets, Syspro invoicing for a retail client, cherries/stone fruit sales in December, follow-up with RSA markets and transporters, queries re. pallets, etc.
Candidate Requirements:
BCom and/or courses in Management Accounting, or Human Resources, or an applicable tertiary qualification in related fields.
Must have an affinity for administration, give attention to detail, be diligent, and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
At least 1-2 years' experience in an administration capacity.
Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
