Job Description
* Business Partnering Model Support (Accounts & Procurement): Accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and analysis.
- Revenue Treasury Operational Support: Support daily treasury functions
- Capacity Building & Ad-hoc Project Support: Participate in finance projects
- Learning & Development Alignment: Engage in structured training and mentorship sessions
Technical Competencies
- Understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Ability to analyse financial data and present findings clearly
- Familiarity with procurement and treasury processes (advantageous)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Initiative and self-drive
- Professional integrity and ethical conduct
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Time management and organizational skills
- B.Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics
- No formal work experience required
- Internship or volunteer experience in Finance, Accounting or Procurement
- Exposure to Financial systems or ERP platforms is beneficial
