An FMCG company deeply committed to cultivating what truly matters in their operations is seeking a talented Finance Executive with a focus on Groceries to join their Gauteng team in a pivotal role!
Here youll provide strategic commercial support and insights to the executive team, thereby contributing to informed decision-making processes and ensuring continued success!
With a relevant tertiary qualification, CA(SA) or CIMA, and over 10 years experience, including operational/commercial finance, and people management of senior teams, youll offer strategic commercial support, matrix organisation engagement, assurance on the delivery of profitability through analysis, and leadership excellence. Experience in complex processing and/or manufacturing environments is also essential.
Revenue management, new product development analysis, profitability insights, capital investment reviews, governance, risk management, and team leadership are also crucial aspects of the role, emphasising the multifaceted nature of responsibilities.
