Position:
Finance Executive
Essence of the job:
Oversee and manage the full financial function of the businesses and to drive day-to-ay financial outputs, i.e. financial analyses, reporting, monitoring of budgets, profitability and cost control, pricing, statutory tax functions, as well as playing a pivotal role in design, implementation and managing of the business strategy. Ensures adherence to the Group reporting standards and policies. Identify and communicate key risks to Senior Management.
Maintain the integrity of accounting systems
Responsibilities
Manager involving commercial and strategic decision making. Proven track record in established & start-up businesses.
Syspro system experience would be an advantage. Effective leadership of diverse teams.
Experienced in managing business IT infrastructure. Effective goal directed management of team members.
Experience of manufacturing environments and good networking skills.
Superior IFRS, MS Office and Excel (in particular) skills and knowledge
Results and deadline driven.
Passion for fast-paced, diverse and flexible work demands
Qualifications
BCom with CTA / PGDA or equivalent CA / CIMA would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with at least 3 as a Senior
