This telecommunications entity is looking for a skilled Finance Director that will be their next change driver in the company. This opportunity comes with the responsibility of driving change and efficiency in the company. If you are looking for an environment to add value and grow your skill set as a manager, then this is the role for you. The incumbent is tasked with managing a large finance team and dealing with financial modeling and cost saving initiatives.
:
- Create comprehensive financial reports for the entire company and stakeholders.
- Develop financial models and forecast cash flows.
- Monitor business performance against budgets and take corrective actions.
- Find opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Continuously assess business performance and implement corrective actions.
- Lead finance personnel and manage financial IT systems.
- CA(SA) accreditation is essential.
- 5+ years Finance Manager experience is essential.
- Telecommunications Experience is essential.
- Proven management experience is essential.
- Experience in a SME is preferred.
