???? Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial operations across multiple sites ??
- Drive CAPEX planning, forecasting, and reporting ????
- Oversee VAT, Tax, and Forex transactions with precision ???
- Engage directly with operational teams to improve financial performance ??
???? Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: BCom minimum; Postgrad or Honours highly beneficial ????
- Experience: 5+ years in finance, with strong exposure to operations, preferably in construction, engineering, or heavy industry ??? i
- Skills:
o Strong SA Tax and VAT knowledge ??
o Forex and CAPEX management ???
o Advanced Excel and ERP systems ??
o Confident communicator with a strong personality and leadership presence ???i
- Other: Willingness to travel occasionally; hybrid work setup ?? ???
