? Ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front? We're looking for a hands-on, operationally strong Financial Controller to drive performance in a fast-paced, heavy machinery and construction environment.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial operations across multiple sites ?
- Drive CAPEX planning, forecasting, and reporting ?
- Oversee VAT, Tax, and Forex transactions with precision ?
- Engage directly with operational teams to improve financial performance ?
? Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: BCom minimum; Postgrad or Honours highly beneficial ?
- Experience: 5+ years in finance, with strong exposure to operations, preferably in construction, engineering, or heavy industry ??
- Skills:
o Strong SA Tax and VAT knowledge ?
o Forex and CAPEX management ?
o Advanced Excel and ERP systems ?
o Confident communicator with a strong personality and leadership presence ??
- Other: Willingness to travel occasionally; hybrid work setup ??
