Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support business cases and investment decisions with robust financial analysis.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CIMA/CA(SA) advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
