Finance Business Partner - Group
Location: Sandton
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Business Partner to join our team in Sandton. This strategic role requires a strong understanding of financial management, business partnering, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance across multiple entities within the group.
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units to provide real-time financial insights and strategic support.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and tax compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Produce financial statements and coordinate regulatory reporting.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage intercompany loan reporting and related agreements.
  • Provide input on VAT, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of experience in finance, investments, or a related field.
  • Experience in a professional services environment is advantageous.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
