Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Business Partner - Business Performance, you will:
Provide high-quality financial analytics and insights to senior executives and business heads.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation of financial plans for Exco and Board review.
Develop and maintain cost recovery and transfer pricing models, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
Deliver robust financial reporting, balance sheet substantiation, and revenue assurance.
Collaborate with business units as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making and cost efficiency initiatives.
Partner on financial change projects, driving continuous improvement in processes and controls.
Qualifications & Experience
CA(SA) (mandatory) with a minimum of 3 years post-articles experience
1-2+ years auditing experience preferred
3+ years experience in finance, costing (cost monitoring exposure), IFRS, reporting and stakeholder engagement)
Completed audit articles and registered with a professional body (SAICA)
Strong financial analysis, modelling, and business partnering expertise * Advanced Excel skills and exposure to financial systems (SAP / SAP-BI advantageous)
