Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join our team in Sandton, Johannesburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CIMA or CA (SA) professional with 25 years of post-qualification experience to play a key role in supporting strategic financial decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to deliver accurate financial insights and analysis
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Provide actionable recommendations based on financial performance and trends
- Prepare and deliver monthly management reports and variance analyses
- Drive efficiency through cost analysis and process improvements
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and operational teams
- Identify financial risks and opportunities to improve business outcomes
- CIMA or CA (SA) qualification
- 25 years' experience in a Finance Business Partner, FP&A, or commercial finance role
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with financial modelling, reporting, and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
