Finance Business Partner
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Finance Business Partner to join our Automotive Group based in Milnerton. Acting as second-in-command (2IC) to the Regional Franchise Director, you will provide strategic financial support and insight across multiple franchises. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar finance role, preferably in automotive or retail.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to influence and drive financial discipline across multiple business units.
