Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, providing strategic financial guidance and supporting decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to influence business performance while leveraging strong analytical and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and analyse management accounts, KPIs, and business metrics.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise profitability and resource allocation.
- Monitor budgets, variances, and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support business decision-making through clear and actionable financial guidance.
- CA(SA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or business partnering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting systems, Excel, and financial modelling.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
