- BCom in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- 25 years experience in financial services accounting or reporting
- Strong technical knowledge, including IFRS and financial systems
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive someone who enjoys driving results
