What You Could Be Doing:
- Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Provide insights and analysis that influence business strategy
- Contribute to system improvements, process enhancements, and ad-hoc projects
- BCom in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- 2-5 years' experience in financial services accounting or reporting
- Strong technical knowledge, including IFRS and financial systems
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive -- someone who enjoys driving results
