About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned

FP&A Manager / Finance Business Partner

to drive financial strategy, performance insights, and decision support within our fast-paced, consumer-focused business. This role is ideal for an accomplished finance professional who thrives on partnering with leadership, translating data into actionable insights, and shaping the future growth of a dynamic QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

process across the business. Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to provide

strategic insights

that optimize performance and profitability. Develop and maintain robust

financial models

, dashboards, and reporting tools to track business performance. Identify

growth opportunities, risks, and efficiencies

through data-driven analysis. Deliver high-quality monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and forward-looking recommendations to the Executive Team. Mentor and develop junior finance team members, instilling a culture of

commercial acumen

and business partnership. Act as a key advisor in

pricing, new product launches, and expansion decisions

What We're Looking For

Minimum 12 years' experience

in finance roles, with significant time in FP&A or commercial finance within QSR, FMCG, or Retail. Proven track record of

influencing senior stakeholders

and driving financial performance in consumer-centric businesses. Advanced skills in

financial modelling, forecasting, and data visualization

. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance detail with big-picture strategy. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
