Now, one of South Africa's leading industrial groups is looking for a Project Manager: Finance & Operations Systems to turn their next big transformation into reality. Based in Johannesburg East, this role is where finance, systems, and operations collide - and you're the one connecting it all.
Key Responsibilties: - Lead and execute finance and operations system projects from planning to rollout
- Translate business needs into system functionality and process improvement
- Partner with plant managers, finance teams, and IT to align goals and outcomes
- Oversee system integrations, testing, training, and user adoption
- Drive continuous improvement across finance and manufacturing operations
Job Experience and Skills - BCom degree (Finance, Systems, or Operations) - essential
- 5-8 years' experience in a plant-based or manufacturing environment
- Proven project management experience with system implementation (SAP or Syspro)
- Strong understanding of both finance and operations workflows
- Ability to translate business processes into tech solutions that work
- Analytical, organised, and ready to lead from the front
