Accounting & Finance Manager
Salary: R42,500 per month
Location: Remote (US-based company)
Employment Type: Full-time
A growing international software and cybersecurity business is seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining accurate financial control with analysis and operational responsibility in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, expenses, and reconciliations
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
Perform financial analysis and budget vs actual reporting
Coordinate with external accountants on tax, audit, and month-end close
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in accounting or finance operations
Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks
Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Additional Details:
Fully remote
Company hours roughly 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM US time (flexible)
