Who You Are:
As the Finance Analyst you are a proactive and highly organized individual with a passion for numbers and a proven ability to manage financial tasks with precision. Trustworthy and detail-oriented, you excel at working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations. In this role you will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Skilled at identifying challenges and delivering solutions, you act quickly to resolve issues and communicate clearly, even when delivering difficult news. With expertise in cash flow management, financial projections, QuickBooks, commission calculations, and financial auditing, you maintain a clear pulse on the financial health of the business and confidently handle tasks like compiling business and personal financial summaries (BFS & PFS).
What Youll Do:
As a Finance Analyst, youll play a pivotal role in keeping the client's financial operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this role you will report to the CFO and your day-to-day will involve diving into the detailsmanaging data entry, settling charges, and categorizing spending with precision to ensure the financial reports are accurate and actionable. Youll use client's advanced expertise in QuickBooks, Google Sheets, or MS Excel to analyze data across multiple platforms, delivering insights that inform key business decisions. With your effective communication skills, youll collaborate across teams and help address financial challenges as they arise, contributing to the success of Next Millennium Media.
Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant finance experience.
• A minimum of 3+ years in a finance or accounting role is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with tools such as Tipalti, QuickBooks, Slack, and Google Suite (with a strong emphasis on Google Sheets).
• An eye for detail with the ability to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring accurate reporting, spreadsheets, monthly billing, and expense management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present financial information clearly and effectively.
• Proactive and resourceful, capable of managing complex financial tasks and troubleshooting issues with a results-driven mindset.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST
