Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and assist in the consolidation of group financial statements.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of the general ledger.
• Manage payroll processing, statutory deductions, and related submissions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across group entities.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in audit preparation, liaising with auditors and external stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and departmental budgets.
• Support the implementation of financial systems, controls, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local and UK financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Provide analytical support and financial insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial accounting or analysis, preferably within an international or group finance environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Experience in management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting essential.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across borders and time zones.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or SAIPA/SAICA) advantageous.
