Job Summary Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) required
Minimum 2 years' administrative experience, preferably in a trades or service environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Basic finance and bookkeeping knowledge
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with finance tasks, including invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping
Manage purchase orders, track stock, and liaise with suppliers
Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide general administrative support to the team as required
