We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to provide executive, administrative, and financial support to team. The ideal candidate will have experience with invoicing systems and be comfortable handling executive support, administrative tasks, and financial duties in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Invoicing:
Generate and issue client invoices, track payments, follow up on outstanding accounts, process executive expenses, and assist with bookkeeping.
Executive Support:
Manage CEO's calendar, travel, communications, agendas, and meeting follow-ups; assist with professional and personal tasks.
Office & Administration:
Oversee office operations, supplies, service providers, reception duties, and maintain physical/digital filing systems; draft internal communications and ensure policy compliance.
Technical Platforms & Reporting:
Administer company software platforms, compile and distribute reports, metrics, and performance summaries.
General Support:
Provide ad-hoc administrative, operational, or personal support; adapt to evolving business needs and support various functions.
Requirements:
Experience as a finance administrator, PA or general admin.
Familiarity with invoicing systems and basic bookkeeping.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Discretion, professionalism, and proficiency in technical platforms eg. Microsoft applications.
