sales.

We are looking for a

Telemarketing and Personal Assistant

to join our team. This role involves

cold calling, administrative support, and client engagement

to drive business growth.

Compensation:



Proportional Base:

15% received on each of the first seven rental deals concluded.

Commission:

50%/50% split with the agent and company on the eight and continued rental deal concluded.

Commission:

10% received on sales concluded.

Stipend:

R3 500

Key Responsibilities:



Make

150+ cold calls daily

to potential clients from provided data. Set

1-2 daily appointments

for property sales or rental prospects. Professionally

answer incoming calls

and clearly explain services to potential clients. Persuasively

engage clients

to use our services for sales, rentals.

Verify and record

customer details accurately. Follow up on

business leads

and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Negotiate and ensure that leases are closed

, ensuring timely payments. Conduct

customer surveys

to improve service quality.

Schedule and manage

appointments for sales and rental representatives. Maintain

detailed records

of calls, appointments, sales. Conduct

desktop property valuations

and assist with lease management.

Manage diaries, emails, and online inquiries for the Principal

. Develop

marketing strategies

to attract new clients. Assist with

loading new leases and Sales

on Propworx.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

telemarketing, sales, or customer service

. Strong ability to meet

sales targets

. Proficiency in

CRM software, Microsoft Office, and telephone systems

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

. Strong

organizational and time management abilities

. A

high school diploma

is required; further qualifications are advantageous. Ability to work

independently and in a team

. A

valid driver's license

is required for client meetings (own vehicle essential).
