Job Description
Tom's Pest Control is a well-established Australian company providing industry-leading pest control services across the country. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer / Accountant to join our remote finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled finance professional based in the Philippines to work from home in a stable, long-term role with room for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and general bookkeeping Process accounts payable and receivable Prepare and reconcile bank statements Assist with payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting Ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers when required
What We're Looking For:
Prior finance experience or Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or relevant qualifications Experience with Australian companies is highly desirable and strongly preferred. Fluent English and strong written communication skills Solid computer skills (Xero, Excel, Google Sheets, accounting software, etc.) A reliable internet connection Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Availability during Australian business hours
