New opportunity for a Finance Accountant to join a fast growing team, you will support the CFO with financial control through reconciliations, cost management, and daily oversight to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and detailed reporting
• Review financial information and balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy
• Support budgeting and rolling forecasts in collaboration with the CFO
• Manage cash flow forecasting, transfers, and banking requirements
• Oversee audit preparation, assist with queries, and ensure compliance
• Review supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments
• Support payroll processes, statutory submissions, and EMP201 payments
• Oversee stock counts, asset register, depreciation, and insurance schedules
• Review accounts receivable, manage debtor follow-ups, and ensure timely billing
• Handle VAT reporting, submissions, and payments
• Support ad hoc reporting and financial requests from the business

What we are looking for:

• Financial Degree
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Financial Accountant
• Strong technical expertise in accounting, reporting, and controls
• Proficiency in Sage Evolution or QuickBooks
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Nedbank bank processing advantageous
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong organisational skills
• Ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels
