Job Purpose

We are seeking a self-driven and experienced Field Sales Team Leader to join our Johannesburg branch. The Field Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of field agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations. Must be able to have great client service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, & motivate the field sales team to achieve daily, weekly, & monthly targets. Drive recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of field agents. Monitor team performance and provide structured feedback and support. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting standards. Support operational growth & contribute to strategic field initiatives in Johannesburg. Act as the key link between the field team and management.

Requirements

Proven track record in field sales and leadership roles. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Target-driven, motivated, and results-oriented. Availability to travel for training (Durban, October-November 2025). Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license.
