Field Team Leader

to drive our funeral insurance sales campaign for a leading brand. If you're currently in a field sales role and ready to lead a team, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales agents Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance Build business relationships to unlock stop order opportunities Monitor quality, compliance, and team discipline Support reps through coaching and field accompaniment Conduct regular performance and supervision reviews Promote teamwork, accountability, and sales excellence

What You Need

Matric (Grade 12)

- Essential

Minimum 12 months

of experience in financial services (Stop Order market)

2 years' experience

as a team leader or simalar role in the Field Sales operations. Valid

driver's license

smartphone

Strong sales skills, compliance awareness, and leadership ability FAIS/RE certification - Advantageous
