and the incumbent will report to the

CPT Engineer/Site Manager.

Drive productivity improvement and quality performance.

Key Job Responsibilities

----------------------------

Customer support in terms of safety, coaching and achieving lowest cost per ton; Attend to maintenance and production activities; Report writing on all relevant activities on technical / operational issues; Drive Joy vision and mission; Drive productivity improvement and quality performance; Drive machine flawless startup and capturing of information - to give feedback to organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualified Electrician / Millwright with N3 qualification; Flameproof and Gas Testing certificates; Driver's license and own reliable transport; Must be computer literate (MS Word, Ms Excel, MS PowerPoint ); Experience of JNA II (RIO I and RIO II), Joy VFD shuttle cars, Stamler battery hauler and feeder breaker knowledge - new and older product range; Fletcher Roof bolters knowledge will be an advantage; At least 5 years' experience on JOY underground equipment (CM's etc.); Must be willing to do standby; Good report writing skills.
