Field Service Inspector
Job Description
Job Summary Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Field Service Inspector plans for machine inspections accordingly and are requested to visit machines that requires trouble shooting, local and regional.
The Inspector compiles a machine report on each visit.
He will drive operational excellence
Customer and dealer support
Fleet condition monitoring
Machine Inspections xe2x80x93 Local / Regional :-
- Inspection Reports
- Fault finding and repairs
- Stimulating Parts sales
- Submit PIR
- Field test follow up
Drive Machine Inspections :-
- Provide a factual report on every job done
- Carry out at least one machine inspection per week
- Follow up on machine inspections
- Quote the customer according to inspection report
- Stimulate part sales
- Maintain a good appearance
- Ensure tooling is according to standard
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean at all time
- Be willing to travel
- Commissioning of new machines
- Fleet Condition Monitoring
- Troubleshooting on All Mining Machines
